Why only -7

Why is Philly only a 7 pt fav. On paper these two teams should be 10-13 points apart. What is holding the number at 7.

Remember, if it looks to good to be true it usually is.

Bodog has it at 7 1/2 and 43.

Be careful with MNF home dogs. Remember Cincinnatti two weeks ago. I lean to the over 43 here, but if I can get Dallas at +7 1/2 it would be very tempting.
