Looking to rebound from a horrendous week last week as OU goes down. Anyone that watched that game knows that OU should have easily covered but that is why they call it gambling. Looking to make it up this week in a big way by playing some moneline plays. Let's get it going.

Ohio State +5 and the moneyline
This just seems too easy. If you fell off the face of earth and all of sudden looked at the sports pages and saw the Buckeyes catching points at home you wouldn't believe it. I have no idea why people are all over Michigan. Just look at what they have done on the road so far. They basically got blown out by Notre Dame on the road. NW played them tough (were down by 1 pt with 7 minutes left in the 3rd) and were getting blown out at home by Michigan State and get very very lucky to win that game at OT. Oh by the way Ohio State blew Mich State out at Michigan State. They beat San Diego State AT HOME by 3 and beat Minny by 3 at HOME (are you kidding me) And now they are supposed to go on the road and win by more than 5. I know I know Ohio State's offense stinks blah blah blah; well in rivalry games its strange how all of a sudden you play alot different than you have all year and I think Henne with 100,000 fans yelling in his ears may make a few mistakes. This game will be close and I will gladly take 5 points at home with Nugent in my packpocket.

Also looking at Bama and Iowa.
Quick question what would your record be if you took double digit home dogs at home the last 59 games. (Alabama 10 dog at home)
Answer 44-15; at a clip of 74.5%; I like those odds.

Heaven, oh!!, this isn't it?!
BBk,
As usual, very insightful commentary on the simple angles to a game...............

I think many times alot of cappers around here get stuck on such number crunching, they can't see the forest thru the trees

I like this play, as I think it comes down to the wire.
Thinking the same on Bama, but I will be on the other side of the Iowa game!
GL this weekend....... :)

Thanks Franky and Johnny; I agree college football has alot to do with coaching and emotion sometime alot more than talent. I have not decided yet on the Wisky/Iowa game; not totally sold on Iowa and Wisky has made me alot of money this year. But the more and more I look at the bama game I love bama. All the pressure on Auburn to not only win but win big and I believe Alabama is very underrated. Good luck on your plays.

I am like the kid that just didnt learn his lesson
I took a horrible loss on OU last week but still felt as though I was on the right side.

Okie Spooners -34 1/2 (bought it down a point) Also taking the 1st half -20
The reason Neb covered last week is Neb actually is pretty good against the run 1st in the Big XII so when you can at least limit OU to just passing you can limit their points. Well Baylor doesnt have that luxury as they are dead last in the Big XII in rush defense and at the bottom in pass defense. OSU with their 2nd string running back had HUGE holes to run thru last week so I expect OU to score at least 50-60 in this game closer to 60 plus. Also last year Baylor played OU pretty tough sacking white 7 times in that game and with no game next week there is no lookahead. Another interesting point is Guy Morris is the type of coach that will try to win the game so expect him to throw the ball quite a bit and with Perkins back and Bassey benched. I expect at least 3-4 turnovers in this game. We all know OU CANT just win this game the MUST win this game impressively. OU posts a shutout in this game. Call it 56-0.

GL on your plays this week bbk. (FWIW, and I know it doesn't make you feel any better, but your call on the Sooners last week was the right call. That was such a total bs ending. Hope they win some back for you this week) :)

Thanks Troll I felt I was on the right side but the final score is what matters.

Ole Miss +21
Ole Miss was dreadful early in the year but have turned it on and think that is way too many points to be laying even it is at home

hate ou at baylor,

hate ou at baylor,

but i love the mississippi game +21. Baylor at home is great vs. the number. They play harder and o.u. weekness is the secondary. Lokk for a 51-21 game

Wasnt pretty but will take it; the easiest win was Ohio State; how can anyone think Michigan with that soft defense would win at Ohio State. Hopefully Wisky pulls out a win; even though Cal is overrated I think they would have a field day against Michigan.
