They brought the 'inciting a riot' charge up on local sports radio. They had a lawyer and he said Michigan law requires a minimum of 5 people starting disorderly activity. Since it was only 1 person that started it, they said they can't charge him with it. I really didn't undertand much of the legal mumbo jumbo he was saying.... but basically they said they cannot charge him with that.
They did saying throwing the cup is a misdemeanor assualt charge. something about they can charge him with using a foreign object with intent to harm

Well at least we know the guy is a trouble maker. And he sure did help get it restarted. It was almost over on the floor. Then came the throwing chit.
