If you look back at a thread were everyone was making fun of my reference to my uncle Jorge Hank, then you'll know why I asked...He owns Caliente...That is my uncle, he lives in Tijuana 20 mins down the road...im glad you use us...If their is ever any major problems let me know and I will see wht I can do

To be sincere, the management of caliente is bad, marketing sucks, logistic lously and service so so, but is the only choice i have for now and i am sure they can improve a lot if they want, but they have some bad habits and also workers with a lot of responsability but stupids always covering their ass, kissing others and forget about the work; a lot of useless spots in that corporation, but oh well...
understandable, I wont argue...I dont use them myself of course for obvious reasons, but I agree the chain needs work...however in Mexico their is no other options you know
