Anyone care to throw out some opinions on this tilt tonite?

The thing that strikes me is a high o/u 153.
I know all about WU and how defense is not as important as scoring, but OU has never been a shootout team since the Tubbs years.

OU does put up big numbers against teams the don't fear every year.Last season OU didn't come close to the o/u in this one of 153 in a conference more than 1 or 2 times.
They like games in the 60's or less.
They may try and make Wash. play half-court tonite.

Again just a thought.Any tips would be nice.

keg, i have one thought, dont bet any UW games under ... the UW has no interior D and my feeling is that they will have to up tempo for offense, press and push it--set up O vs Sooners prob wont be too pretty

I lean to OU but will not play and root for home boys

From what I understand it's very tough to slow Washington down....I played the over 73 in for the first half. Come the second half I see Oklahoma trying to make it more of a half court game. First half I see them taking some easy layup opportunities.

Also took Wasington +.5 in the first half. See something like a 40-36 halftime score...or something like that. Really either I'll win both or lose both. Don't think Washington will be tied or ahead if it is low scoring.

I 100% that it would take some balls to play the under in a Wash game, but Kelvin maybe the guy to do it.
My one fear is Lavender loves to push it also.
I didn't say bet the under.I just said I was leaning that way.Seen to many OU games to know that they try to make teams do things they normally don't.
I will do a small play on the under.
and a small on OU.

I got shutout thanks to a confusing game time on my site. They closed it well before tip.
Good thing for me.Slow first 8 minutes then no defense and all fast breaks.
This is why OU is down.
Not sure anything will change in the 2nd H.

under 83 2nd half..

both teams will go to zone often...ou will slow ball down and work hi-low...inside-outside. Wash will still shoot quickly but it won't come as easily as first half...both team shot over 50% and didn't miss a FT....I just don't see that keeping up...OU is too proud of team.

I hit it hard especially since I have wash +1 for game. Figure if it goes over wash should win it...I hope...

shocked that these teams have played no zone in the second half so far....coaches are just too stubborn sometimes. I think both teams may struggle against zone..something to keep in mind for later games where they play lesser teams that play primarily zone.
