Fordham +12 over Iona **
Iona is coming off a whipping from Vermont.But Ver is good.Iona is loaded with talent.But they have to many selfish players that go solo.Ruland has tried to get this kids to play together.Solivar and Burtt are solid.jenkins in the middle plays in the paint.McCullough has been benched.There is still problems.Two asst coaches fired,players kicked off for academics,stealing,etc.They were know lyr as the VOTeRs'...Violatiors of team rules..
Fordhan has a freshman that is really good.Dunston is a 6'8 scorer and gave Manhattan big time problems.Anderson is another star on the rise.Stout another frosh can play and Osei is 6'5.Ya'akosi is the 6'8 inside player that was in the Israeli Army.He looks about 35 yrs old.But he's a banger abd can score.
Iona is a terrible FT shooting team and Fordham is excellant.
I think the Rams can keep this close.But Iona is capable of blowing them out talent wise.Dunston keeps the Rams in the game.
Loy Md +14.5 over St Peter *
Loy lyr was 1-27.But 10-13 ats and more important 7-4 ats as a road dog.James and there best player Bell are back.But frosh Stanbeck adds some scoring to this team.They are 0-4 but had close losses to navy and delaware.Peter has Clark who leads the nation in scoring.But w/o Nichols Peter is not as good.Watkins is a good shooter.But up front is Peters problems.
I think the number is to high.Lyr Peter won at home 76-61. I think Loy with new coach Pastos from Maryland is a little better.Not much but enough to cover.But Leckie always leaves Clark in at the end to pad his points.That scares me.I can see Peter up 66-56 and Clark nails 2 tre's with under a minut and win by 15.But I'm taking the dog.New coach,more energy,etc
UAB -6 over Neb ****
Love ther "uptempo defense".Neb lost top scorer's.Think Neb will see to much defensive pressure.UAB can score.Win this by 10-14 pts.I like the fds,Taylor twins,etc.Fast break,transitions,etc
