Oh,anything can happen but CT should cash easy tommorrow. They are huge, athletic, are shooting well over 45% from 3........are averaging 50+ rebounds per game and have the best frontcourt in the land.CT is very deep ...10 guys getting double digit minutes per game and noone is in the 30s. CT has 31 blocks in their first 2 games and is holding opp to 32% shooting

I know its only 2 games and less than stellar opposition BUT.......CT hammered Buffalo.... Buffalo beat Ind STby close to 30. Indiana barely got by Ind St.

Guys are playing their asses off to get pt and with the exception of 6'11" Charlie Villanueva they all look great How do you not give time to Marcus White...averaging 7+ reb and 4ppg in his 12 min per. or 6'8"widebody Ed Nelson.. former ACC freshman of the year or 6'10 former starter Hilton Armstrong who gets 15 min and averages 6 reb and 3 blocks or 6'9" Rudy Gay who is among the team leaders in all categories...........This is the bench......

Indiana plays 7 deep, does not shoot well, will get eaten alive off the boards and if they can't control tempo here this could get ugly. Take nothing away from Bracy Wright and the big freshman (White) but they are a young team and are just finding themselves........CT has WAY too many weapons if the rotating door does not affect their rythem. Indiana should go down double digits in the first half and tire late as CT wins about 83-61.

I'm just glad Ind gave UNC a game to keep the home points modest here.

Hey Buddy,
How ya hitten em...Good to hear from you!!
Hows everything out there in "Pantherland"
I hope there are no surprises at S Fla today...

Anyway...I'm looking at Texas with the small road spot over Seton Hall today....not crazy about Louis Orr.......Xs and Os and after losing to a very mediocre Penn St just think "Horns" have too much firepower (especially long range) I dont usually like to chase those road favs but loss to Penn St caught my eye.

Also looking close at Kentucky, Colorado and Pacific

Bear,

The sun is shining here in Pittsburgh, but the temp is on the cold side.

I'm not an X + O handicapper, but I already played Texas - and Pacific + for other reasons. Also takin' a shot with LOY-CHI + over Northern Iowa.

In football, I'm not sold on the Panthers. At times, scrappy can turn into crappy.

Good luck today.

Buddy...
As one of the best and most cerebral handicappers here I really believe that your work is far more valuable than the Xs and Os. I would like to spend much more time working with patterns related to your ideas about momentum handicapping and consecutive w/l records beating or losing to the # ...by how much etc. When is performance going to come back to the number and move to the other side...etc. (if my deteriorating memory still serves me) Are you still giving thought to that....?

Good Luck Today
