Correct time

How do I change the time showing on the posts to the correct time ? Thanks

Click User CP (Above. Next to members, calendar, etc)

Click edit Options

Scroll down a little more than 1/2 way and click on the correct time. I live in the Eastern time zone, which right now is 11:15, and the one I have is GMT-5:00 (Us and Canada) Bogota, etc etc

click submit or whatever it says at the very bottom and VOILA!!!!!
