I was wanting to get some opinions on my QB this week for Fantasy Playoffs. I've got Aaron Brooks against Tampa Bay, Kyle Boller against Indy and Jon Kitna against Buffalo. There are a few scrubs on the waiver wire such as Testaverde against Philly, McCown against St Louis and Chandler against Arizona. Anyone have any suggestions on which way I should go?? Any feedback will be appreciated...

I think I'd have to go with Brooks although Boller is worth considering. With Jamal still not 100% and Heap getting back in the offense, he could put up some decent numbers.

imho, I like Kyle Boller. Indy will focus on stopping the run and force Boller to beat them with the pass. And he has the talent and enough weapons to do so. Heap is finally healthy and this will only help Boller get his numbers. Also, I have noticed that when Indy and Baltimore gets together...they get into a shootout in the 2nd half of the game and the game ends up being a very high scoring one.

Brooks has been erratic at best with an inconsistent receiving core in Horn and Stalworth. Will probably be a lot of short drives (maybe 3 and outs) if the Bucs get off early and the Saints are forced to come from behind. Saints have the talent at the 3 star positions QB, RB, and WR, but have not performed all year. I don't think it starts this week.

Kitna will be my last choice. Buffalo's defense just scares me fantasy wise. Not sure Rudi will be able to take the pressure off Kitna long enough for him to be effective.

McCown would be my 2nd choice. Like him. Arizona has nothing to lose. Just playing their best trying to execute plays. Talented receiving core.

In any case, good luck. I would go with Boller.

i woud go with brooks. Yes, boller had a few nice games, but always start the better fanasty player. In this case, it is brooks. Hard to start boller over brooks who can put up touchdowns. Brooks will also put up a nice amount of yardage this weekend, bc i belive the saints will be down big early causes him to throw. Good luck and congrads making playoffs.

Here are my options at QB in my fantasy league this week. We start out playoffs this week and these are my options:

Bulger-SL (hurt)

Harrington-Det (horrible)

McCowan-Arizona (average)

Keep in mind i cannot pick up anybody-we cannot add/drop when the playoffs start

Taker i would start Brooks without a doubt-he should put up decent #'s especially if they are losing in the 2nd half.
