GMan...things are looking better for your Clev. ML bet. Line has dropped to 35' and will probably drop further. Game will be won in the trenches and turnover dept. S. D has a good running game, but it works because Brees is having a hell of a year passing the ball.....not today!

I have been riding the S.D money train for awhile, but today I get off. Line is too high for a side bet and I lack the gonads to go the other way. Snow makes the game an under bet, or no bet.....I think I will look elsewhere..

Best of Luck on your action....

vyrus:

yep. plays like those pretty much explain why browns are 3-10 and sd is 10-3. to come up with zero points when you have first and goal twice was painful.

bottom line: chargers got it done. they didnt do anything special, and browns had plenty of opportunities throughout the game. but they cle just too inept to take advantage of the chances given to them.

hopefully baltimore plays a lot better at 8:30 than cleveland did at 1:00.

props to your chargers. not a dominant win, but just a solid, workman-like effort from them.

Yea...Agreed, those little plays are what have won championships in years passed (stl-titans SB a few years back)...I should have known better than to bet against my home team, but either way I guess I won in a way lol...Still pissed, we should have covered

Love the comment on the ESPN announcers, this has to be the worst group you can possibly put together. Summerall was the only breath of fresh air. Anyways, i am still riding the Colt Train, see Manning breaking the record tonight and Balt. gave up 27 to cincy and 14 to the giants last 2 weeks, just feel their D is a lil overrated at the moment. Good Luck.

I like the Ravens tonight, too, G. I think the return of Heap really gives the Ravens a comfortable option through the air and accompanies the run in a ball control theme. I also agree the talent and pride of the Ravens defense should help control things enough here.

I like the points and Baltimore here.

I have a rope tossed over rafter in the living room and I am sure I'll be kicking the stool out from under me by kick-off. I can hear them slurping already. "Giv'em a load Payton".
