Auburn -7 over Delaware ** * {it's a Noon start]
Auburn has lost a couple in a row but to UNLV in OT.Woffard but there good.Lost to Vir by 2 and beat Furman,Temple and Col St. Lebo is a good coach and his team will be shooting those 3's with his gd offense. They are a small team who hustle for there rebounds.Douglas is a frosh sensation who can do it all.Young the other gd and douglas are both avg 19 pts a game. They are 58-122 from the 3.Brown,Watson Hayles and the rest are all under 6'5 and are Gds.
Del beat the Drexals,Riders,Loy Md's by a couple.Today they are stepping up in class. They haven't seen a team this quick.Nana there 6'8 stud is tough avg 17-9.But there 5'11 gd Slattery is out today. They also are small except for Nana. They cannot hit 3's esp w/o slattery.Nana and co are 7-31,3-17 and 11-30.
_

Auburn is athletic.Del isn't .
Lebo was left with very little but what he did at Tenn Tech and Chatanooga he'll do at Auburn. He got a prize frosh in Douglas and he's the real deal.
Tigers wins this by 10-14 pts.

Luckily for us all you stayed home as I also would have overlooked this early start. Played 1H and side on Auburn for easy early winner. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Hope your right about Niagara, will be at the game tonight. I'm a little worried about Niagara covering 10. St bon has played some tough competition (ex. Syracuse & West Virginia)

Stomie, I stayed away from Niagra for that very reason. I seldomly go against Box :grouphug: but, with all due respect, sometimes I find it easier to not lose than to win. I listen when my gut tells me to leave a play alone. This is just one of those times. That said, I hope Niagara wins by 25.

Niagara -10 over Bonnies ***
Purple are coming off a tough double OT loss to Buffalo.Bonnies coming off a spanking by Ark LR who are good.
Think Mendez who leads the nation in scoring with 26 pts a game is to much foer the Bonnies.Brooks is avg 16 pts and Cruz is a good pt gd.Niagara ranks in the top 2 or 4 in the nation on offense. The problem is they don't play any defense. In there last 4 or 5 games they have given up 95,60,97,82 and 81.And the 97 was against Loy Md one of the worst offensive teams in the country.Bonnies are 0-7 and there defense is just a little better but there offense is hurting.Naigara avg's almost 30 pts more and there is only a 77 -72 difference in defense.
Niagara rebounds better, hits the 3 better, and shoots FT's much better.Purple shoot 73% to Bonnies 59%.
Lottin is there one solid player.Dunston and Smith are both 6'4,6'5 and avg right at double figures.
Think Niagara outscores Bonnies in a high scoring game. Maybe 95-77.Bonnies will score but there 76-128 from the FT so maybe the Purple can foul them.

Georgetown -3 over Oral Roberts **
small play.ORU is talented with King Tutt one of the best 3 pt shooters in the nation.ORU is talent inside with Green who can also stick a 3.Bluit is considered one of the top miget gds in the country at 5'9.Sutton has done a good job with them esp on defense.
But the Hoyas are waking up.Bowman at 6'8 will be hard to handle. He's avg 16-6.Hibbert the 7'2 frosh is coming along.Cook is quick and can score.Ross,Reed, and Owens all play. But the 6'8 frosh Green who was named BE Rookie of the week has emerged. This kid has scored 15 pts in his last 2 games.
I think the Hoyas have to much muscle and the Hoyas gds can stay with Suttons gds.

Princeton +3 over Temple *
Tigers I think can keep this close.FG%,FT% and attacking Temples zone give them the cover or outright win.Temple always plays the Ivies[Penn] to 52-51,etc
Temple is a terrible ats team.this yr already 1-3 as a fav and 0-3 at home.Lyr 11-17 ats and 5-9 at home. VS Princeton 9-4 ats on the road and 6-2 as a dog. This yr 3-1 already.Temple can't hit FT's either.

So Miss +2 over So Bama *
After LSU upset So Miss has some players.Johnson is a force avg 18-7.Carruth can stick 3's.Singleton is tough.Jointer is bama's best player and the only one who avg's in double figures.Miss has some balanced scoring and I think can get a road win.Larry U-Stay-She is back coaching.Think there is a party over at a frat house on the Mobile campus tonite.Hope larry is celebrating a victory..

Cornell +27.5 over Cuse *
Have to do this. The past 2 yrs Cornell has lost at Cuse 85-62 and 76-58.The lines were -26 and -30 pts. They won by 17 and 18 pts and Cornell covered.
Cuse lyr was 23-8 but 12-16 ats.At home in the tough Carrior Dome the Cuse was 4-10 ats.Of those 10 losses,I swear 6 or 7 were my plays. They were 6-13 ats as a fav.Back door cover here.

Hawaii -15 over Long beach **
think they win this by 20.Will be back.
Stomie..have fun at the game.Report back please.

Did anyone see the ending to the Temple-Princeton game. That was a goal tending with a few seconds left.Tigers really tied it up.But I loved the call.Temple 48-46 and Princeton covered.Thought the game would of gone OT.

Cornell covered pretty easy over the Cuse.I think it was a 1 pt game at half.
And the Purple just rolled all over the Bonnies.

I like Hawaii -15.5 over Long beach * small play
Is Coleman out for sure for LB?He is there leading scorer and rebounder.
The "bows" haven't played anyone but SIU and St louis.LB has played Charlotte and lost by 29,13 to UCLA and 15 to Loy Mary.
Hawaii is not a great home team fav.And the last time they were favorites by more then 15 pts was vs Lamar and San Jose and they didn't cover lyr.

Bill,you have no faith..just kidding/
Thanks everyone for the comments
Stomie..how was the game?

box:

i played under 55.5 in the 2nd half on a whim.

no way i should have won that bet. that was an egregious error on the ref's part to not call that a goaltend. the ball was coming off the backboard for godsake. it wasnt even a borderline call. it was clearly a goaltend.

like you, im not complaining, lol. congrats

Just got back. Bonnies got in foul trouble early 2nd half. Refs tried to make it close early but Niagara was too tough. Nice arena out in the middle of nowhere.
