The more I look and at this game the more I think Texas Tech is the play. Cal is a great team and play this game in October they may well destroy Tech. But their heads do not seem to be in this. I understand their frustration about the Rose Bowl, but they refuse to let it go. Anybody hear rogers on Rome, or seen the other interviews? There is talk of a fan boycott, and ticket sales are not good. In one sense it reminds me of Texas last year, but this seems worse. Have to take DD in this spot I think.

I attended the Holiday Bowl last year and your right, Texas was absolutley AWFUL. They ddint give one damn about the game, where on the other hand Wash St was playing like it was the NC...I really like Texas Tech here as well, I dont think they should be getting anymore than 7...Tedford just locked in his new contract, so this game will be more of a experience game...Cumbie will lighti t up

"the bunker"
not to mention the wide receiver situation.....

this receiving corps is as thin as any in organized footballl....

well, maybe with the exception of the ravens....

i liked cal initially...all things being equal,i really believe they roll t.tech.....

but,the disappointment and injury factors have pretty much soured the deal....

no go here.......afraid to go against cal up in cali,though.......

Tickets sold dont always equal attendance, especially in a bowl game. I just know what i have been reading about Cal students not going and so forth.
