I am saying a special prayer for my friends Mike and Sharine tonight. My wife works with Sharine, who is also a great friend, and Mike recently got cancer. He's lost a lot of weight and has throat cancer. We've been trying to be the best friends we can be. He has been undergoing chemo treatments recently and has been very sick. I felt really bad just yesterday, we were helping them out with their kids and one of their boys said a few times that his father was going to be sick for Xmas. Anyway, we just got them some presents and have told them they will be in our prayers. It really bothers me that these things happen so close to the holidays to such great people who are so young. So I'm going to say a special prayer for Mike and Sharine tonight. May they get better soon.
