miami redhawks (+13) (betcom)
shot on miami redhawks moneyline (+600)

i like the way the game sets up here. bearcats are smashing teams, but theyve only played two games away from home and neither was against a good team. neutral site here tonight against a very disciplined, very well-coached miami group. love the way this one falls in as a bit of a sandwich, with christmas/break a few days ago and a game with illinois a few days from now. its all about tempo. if miami controls it, theyre gonna be right there with a shot to win. even though the hawks have good athletes, theyd be stupid to get into cincy's full court game. no disrespect to the bearcats here, because im gonna be riding the cats plenty come conference usa season, but for one night, i think miami presents a very dangerous challenge.

Had already played both with the points and on the ML before I saw this post. Nice to see we were thinking alike on this one.

On the Redhawks side: Experienced team, Hall of Fame-type coach, in-state rivalry, little brother against big brother, plus ALOT of value due to earlier Bearcat pastings. IMO, this is a classic case of the linesmaker being forced to put the line this high. Not a true reflection of how close these teams are, especially on a neutral court.

Good Luck to All,

embarrassing 2h for the hawks.

0-2 day. have to give credit where its due: miami didnt show up in the 2nd half but it wouldnt have mattered. cincy dominated.

Is this one already over? Last I saw we were down by 15 with most of the 2nd yet to play??

Regardless, it looks like we aren't on the right side here. But, hey, stranger things have happened.

Bearcats currently holding an 18 point advantage from the FT line alone. Ouch, that is exactly what makes for a big fav cover. I knew Cincy was big inside, but thought Miami-OH had some punch down low, too. Sure didn't expect this!
