Making his first start over this course in latest, the J. Jerkens trainee was compromised at the start and finished well while unable to catch the winner. He has yet to encounter fast footing. GOLD AND ROSES gets blinkers with room to improve off latest after running behind Wing Man and Nimble Wit. PRECISE MOTION was off last of nine breaking from the rail in muddy seven-furlong debut. NIMBLE WIT can take a share once again.

Damn....4/5 and its 15 mins till post. The info I got a week ago was that Jerkins has this horse fully cranked and it was tugging hard in its last workout. But I thought with the large field he would be somewhere around 2 to 1. Oh well...still going to hammer it,
