It seems all the money and the "so called experts" are on the Sooner bandwagon tonight but the better team and the eventual National Champions will be the men from Troy. Both teams have Heisman trophy winning quarterbacks but i'll take Leinart over White in a heartbeat. Both teams have solid running games as OU's Peterson is a "horse" but I'll take USC's tandem of White and Bush as Bush is one of the biggest difference makers in the college ranks today. Without going through all the positions I feel one of the biggest differences could be the Trojans coaching staff led by Head Coach Pete Carroll and O-Coordinator Norm Chow. I think Chow with the extra time to prepare for this one will get the most out of Reggie Bush's game breaking ability in any way he can and that could be the difference in this one tonight. I waited on this one and locked in the Trojans -pick this morning for my biggest college football wager of the season.

I almost forgot the Trojans have a little extra incentive since one of the Sooners ran his mouth.

Posted from another forum:

Rarely do you hear an unbeaten team being described as “average,” but that’s exactly what Oklahoma Sooners defensive end Larry Birdine has dubbed the No. 1 USC Trojans.

"(The Trojans are) an average team besides Reggie Bush," Birdine told reporters before Oklahoma arrived in Florida. "I feel like they're, I'd say, a 11/2-man team. I want to respect them just because I have to play them, but then I watch them on tape and everything, and I realize that they're an average team."

Birdine didn’t stop there either, narrowing his sights on USC's Heisman Trophy winner, Matt Leinart.

"He's definitely overrated,” Birdine, who has seven sacks and 11 tackles for a loss, added. “He's a good quarterback, but he's not a Heisman-winning quarterback. We feel like if we take Reggie Bush out of the game, we're going to win."

I've gotta believe these guys aren't affected by little quotes thrown in newspapers. I personally don't ever believe in these revenge angles. I shouldn't say never but i quote isn't pushing this anywhere.

Congrats to all the Trojan backers that were with me tonight as I'll be cashing in on my Biggest College Play of the year.

Also, Congrats to all the Sooner backers since the Soonersl had another great season.

Let's all hop to the NFL forum now and cash in on the rest of the NFL playoffs.

I think this game just proved that Matt Leinart has a chance to be a solid pro quarterback and the top pick in the Draft if he comes out while Jason White just doesn't have what it takes to be a high pick and will likely be a second day draft choice.
