This is a funny line...FWIW I made a small play on Brown +1 last nite...

The game was originally scheduled at 7PM but moved to noon due to "scheduling conflicts"...Canisius may be playing better but they couldn't get any worse...14 losses in L16...Brown coming off loss to Providence....star Forte sat entire 2H after he mouthed off to the refs...he might try to prove something...with the exception of senior Forte, Brown is all freshmen and sophomores...they've got some decent talent and can shoot well from the arc (42%)...they were close at Missouri and this is a game they SHOULD win before the start of league play where they have their five five Ivy games on the road...

Canisius returns home after a four-game road trip to host Brown University on Kids Day. Over 1,800 kids from area elementary schools are expected to be in attendance (weather permitting). The Golden Griffins bring an eight-game losing streak into the game and dropped a 93-72 decision at the College of Charleston in their last contest. The Blue and Gold has lost 12 of its last 13 and 14 of its last 16, dating back to last season. The Griffs are in the midst of a stretch where they play six games in 14 days. This is Canisius? last non-conference game of the season, and the Griffs have a 1-7 record in those contests. The last time Canisius posted a 1-8 non-conference mark was in the 1999-2000 campaign. The Griffs are also trying to avoid losing five straight games in the Koessler Athletic Center for the first time ever. Brown enters the game with a 6-6 record and has won six of its last eight games. The Bears are coming off a 79-63 setback at local rival Providence. This contest is the first in a three-game homestand for the Golden Griffins.

Something doesn't seem right with this line, I would think that brown would be favored by more than 1 (and they opened a dog). I guess when it seems too obvious like this, the play is either Canisius or no play for me at least. Did this line not look strange to you guys?
