Another snow day.But I shoveled all day.

Arkansas St -9.5 over So Bama ****
Bama has one player who an score in Jointer. They are avg 60 pts[298th] a game and 18 turnovers.Tonite they will have matchup problems with Arks two big gds,Spencer and Montgomery. These guys are 6'4 and 6'5 and are the best tandem in the Sun Conf.Wells inside the paint has made them much better.Lyr they beat them 83-63.Are 6-1 ats in last 7 games.Niether team plays defense but Ark St is ranked 24th in offense and in the top 25 in rebounding.
Bama will score 70 but Dickey's Indians will get 90.

Nevada +1 over La Tech *
Like the Pack here. The two big guys even each other out.Pack has better players, better rebounders.Small play

Florida Intl +11.5 over Ark LR *
Almonte is a force.Sergio has these kids playing. They have won more games already then all of last lyr. They can win the battle of the bds.Freeman is tough and Ark has some balanced scoring. But Burnett had a big game in FIU's tourney win.N'diaye is playing good.Matias is still out.If he's playing tonite this team will give Ark a game.In the GW game it was a 4 or 5 pt game with a few minuts left. But Ark will have trouble with the 6'6 Almonte. small play..

Illi Chi -2 over Loy-Chi *
Banks carries them

Utah St -16 over UCSB **
Line moved up but I got it early.
SB is hurting with not enough players.Aggies play defense. This team beat BYU by 11 and Utah by 26.This is a blowout.

Rice +8.5 over UTEP **
Hate going against the Miners but Rice is tough. They beat Smoo and la tech at home.Gave Conn and the Cuse problems for awhile.Good defensive team.Harris can go off on any nite and change a game.

Cal Fullerton -8 over Cal Riverside **
Many have capped this one already. No need to add.Double digit win here.

Niagara -11.5 over St Peters **
Both teams are alike. Both score a lot of pts. Both can't play defense.Purple is No 4 in the nation in off avg's 87 pts and are 307th in defense giving up 77 pts.Peter is 28th in offense and 310 in defense giving up 77.3 pts.
Purple shoot FT's better, rebound better and are 4th in the nation in off bds.Mendez is a force inside.Peter has no one to check him.Lyr NU beat Peter 91-82 and 87-73.
In last 6 games NU is 6-0 SU and 6-0 ats vs Peter.
Clark scored 14 pts in there last game. His ankle was wrapped so he wasn't 100%.

Playing for small plays, maybe a stupid parlay..
USC +6 over Washington
Ill St -9 over Ind St
Bowling Green -2.5 over Marshall
Texas -14.5 over Memphis

Yest won big with some of my big plays.St Joes was nice but the line went up to 3 or 4.I'm sorry about giving out that bad advice to still play it at -4.I loved at at -2.5.But again there Ft shooting always is so bad but I thought that wouldn't come into play.My bad.

Heavy Hitter..what is a suburdan council school?Like a BOCES??
Hokie..Hartford had some great players.Vinny B wasn't to bad.I knew the formerr coach there but I can't think of his name.Hartford used to have one of the best coaches clinics every yr.We aleays went.In West Hartford..Pitino when he was at BU,Calhoun at NE.

How much snow did you get Box? I'm up in Orange County now & got I'd guess atleast 3 or 4 inches. I didn't measure it though.

bosco..my book doesn't do the over-unders.Only a few games like Texas-Memphis,etc

momoney..don't know.Maybe mudslides out there.Do you have to shovel the mud when there is a slide or does it just wash away?
My back is killing me.Todays snow was a catogory 8 on the Box Snow Chart.
1. small dusting
2.lite snow ,no shoveling just push the shovel.
3.anywhere from 1-2 inches.
4. 3-5 inches,powder snow.
5. 6-10 inches,lite snow
6. 3-6 inches mixed with sleet and ice.
7. 6-10 inches mixed with heavy ice, freez'in rain
8.[today] 4-7 inches of powder snow. Then freez'in rain, then sleet, rain, sleet, freezing temp's and then the freak'in Village Snow plowers push about 4 feet of snow up against my 3 cars.
I dig out and the plow it back only 2 feet.I dig out again and they put another foot back.

Finally I go out and see them coming around again.I stop them.Ask them "guys..your killing me...Can't you drag the plow away from my driveway...I gave you guys $50 bucks for Christmas[they also pick up the garbage] How many people on this block tipped you guys." They said only one other person. I said "case closed". C'mon guys...
Well it worked..There pushing the snow further down the block.

Some of you might ask me..why don't you buy a snow blower.First of all I type very fast. Can't spell for beans but I like all 10 fingers to type. And half the time the snow blower doesn't work in some of the above catogories.

Box,
Hartford is a little under rated nationally,
Murphy, Bagley, Mahorn, Camby..
Throw in Bridgeport and New Haven and its not a bad state,,
Gomes from PC is from Waterbury...
Vinnie and his Shnapps bottle are from Old Saybrook which is a school of about 200 students....

Good luck with the plays

Will coat tail as always...

Ahh I'm guessing you are in Dutchess. I don't recall you ever mentioning anything about Rockland. Actually no I'm thinking you are in Sullivan.

I had to shovel a car out of the driveway since the 2nd one was buried due to the plows coming through over & over again. The roads were in pretty good shape around my way. They did a good job on Rte 17.

We just got our 1st good snow (6-8 inches) and two people have bitten the dust here in one day shoveling. You are too valuable to kick off shoveling. Get a snow blower, have it tuned up out of season every year. Get a large gas unit with a pull and an electric start if needed. Just got done with mine this afternoon. I have a double lot. Just had to shovel the front stairs. My back thanks me as well as my ticker. A little maintenance goes a long way with these beasts.

Going to take a small shot with a hundo on UCLA -7.

Box,
Don't know much about shoveling mud or if it washes away..I usually just flush. Here in KC we just have had strait frick'n' layers of ice with no pro-hockey team to utilize the pond. Great Wed. & Thurs., sometimes snow days are great, although I'm aware you have to make'm up in the spring; it helps to have all day to cap. Great job...been coat-tailing you large everyday.
As always your abilities are appreciated and insight respected.
