tonight Vcu -5 over Towson. I make this line 12.
Vcu has played pretty poorly but I chalk that up to the end of the nonconference schedule. Vcu is so much deeper and more skilled. Big guard edge decent front court edge. Towson is improved but this is not the type of game they win yet. the games they can win at home are the bill and wills of the world Jmu and and maybe Delaware.

Northern iowa -4 over Evansville. I make Northern Iowa 7 better on the road which doesn't leave much wiggle room but I will bite anyway. Northern Iowa top 5 scorers and minute getters with there ppg and fg percentage:
17.6 ppg 51.9%
14.2 ppg 53.9%
13.2 ppg 60.3%
11.5 ppg 55.9 %
4.8ppg 51.4 %

This is a team that can shoot the lights out. On the road so I will only play it for 100.
