Have not seen the number yet, but I feel my Jayhawks are in for a rude awakening. KU has not had a cover for a few games and has yet to play a quality opponet on the road. Lots of young talent use to an adoring home crowd. Hostile UK atmophere could shake the underclassmen expected to pick up in Dw. S. being inactive 'til the Big 12 tourney.
Hate to say it, KU loses for first time...maybe by 9-10?? :sadwave:

I think they are really missing Simeon down low and agree that they are gonna get man handled by Kentucky. Hopefully they will continue to stink it up, atleast until after they play my Tigers, so it might be somewhat of a respectable score. LOL :moon:

What part of KC do you live in????

Played that course a couple of times. Nice area out there. I live by Longview Lake.

I've watched the Jayhawks their last two games on the tube, and they sure don't seem to be playing like a number two team in the country. They always seem to step it up when it comes to conference play though, but might find it rough going in the near term.

I really like kentucky -7 here, kansas has yet to play on the road and has not looked good at all lately. W/out simeon i think they take a dd loss.

Just got home from dinner w/friends...call your book and grab the seven before it grows up to 9! Play UK before the public drives the line. I hate to see my Hawks get bitch-slapped...3:30 CST I will be sad...6pm I will collect. Wildcats roll; bet the Hawks for next home game.

I watch just about every Cats game...
Big Fan as is the little Hokie...

This is a big game for UK since Kansas came in during Kentuckys probation years and ran it up to the tune of 12 something to 50...IN RUPP!!!!

All that said UK hasnt been as dominate this year... Ohh they will be as the season progresses , but not quite yet...

I will be hoping alot of UK money comes in and hope to grab KU at +9 or so... It should be a tight game cause I dont think UK can go Carolina on KU's ass (ask Maryland what that means)

I am doing the "Bet against your Favorite team cause if they lose you win but if they crush em your too happy about the win to care about your money" thing...

If anything I would think the public square money would be on kansas, higher ranked team getting 7 points to a young uk team.

Agree with Major, KU very young as well. KU has not played on the road yet this year...crowd will be worth a couple of extra points today.

I am a big fan of Kentucky basketball, and they have really been inconsistent shooting the ball. They are very up and down. Look at South Carolina for both opponents. They played in Kansas and at Rupp Arena very hard. I am not trying to talk anyone out of playing Kentucky, but they always tend to be slow starting, so I would not touch first halfs. There defense will be the key and I think Kentucky will win with their defense, because it is among the elite.
