Something sounds off.
You might have gotten Plummer INT first over TD at +150 or so (+145 @ OLY) but to get 8/1 odds you must be thinking of
Plummer 1st pass of game: complete/incomplete/INTERCEPTION
Those INT numbers are usually +800 on 1st pass only.
