What I mean is, easy to figure out my plays. . . take the 3 tv games and the 3 home teams:

Oklahoma -3 over UCONN BIG. . . first off, a system play. Second, who the hell has UConn played? Who have they beaten to be ranked? This team has lost to Boston College and UMass and the best teams they have beaten is G-Town and Indiana. OU not that much better but they are at home for this one and laying the 3 isn't a major problem for me.

Notre Dame pk over Cuse above average. . . nearly a system play but still has value no matter what. For me it comes down to who has Cuse played? Why should they have been installed the favorite except for the fact that they are ranked?

Utah -6 over UNLV average. . . the public will be on this one but I still believe its the right side. . . the Utes have played a couple solid clubs this year at home and they have won every home game by 11 or more. Vegas simply can't put out a line high enough to compensate for how well the Utes play at home

Living in upstate NY but being a ND fan, this game scares me. I think Syracuse may be as good, maybe better than the year they won it all with Mello. Warrick, G-Mac, and Billy Eidelin is back this year and starting to come into form. I don't have the records in front of me but ND has had trouble with the cuse over the last 4 or 5 years. I can't even remember beating them since Elmer Bennet hit a three in the dome with no time left about 10 years ago. I know ND has won a few, but Syracuse has owned them for the most part. I am surprised ND wasn't getting more points. They seem to be a team that gels later in the year under Brey. GL I don't know what I'll do with this one. Probably just watch. :)

Just checked because it was bugging me. Syracuse is 8-2 straight up last 10 games. ND did win outright last year though. I forgot, too many bad memories I guess. GL

Pirate Fan,

ND did not win outright last year. These two split, each winning on the road. Cuse won the first one in South Bend 81-70 and then lost at home to the Irish 84-72.

Cuse has won 8 of the last 10 and 13 of the 18 matchups against the Irish, including eight of 11 in South Bend.

Personally I would pass with a small lean to the Orange. Should be a good game to watch.

GO COLTS!!!!

YAZ

Thanks Gman. . . noticed you're on UNLV and can understand the reasons. I played this one rather small compared to the other two (actually just half of the wager that I have on OU).

I'm not very pleased with the line movement on Cuse especially since I played ND at a pk and could now get them at 2 but hopefully it won't matter either way.

homewrecker, my bad, I meant ND won a game outright but lost the other. I wasn't clear. ND down by 4 at the half, if they can stop the turnovers, I think they can pull this out. Didn't have the balls to play it but I rooting for ya nickel. Come on Irish.

Utah held a huge rebounding edge which was the obvious story. . . I didn't think it would be that significant but I'll take what I can get!

Not happy with ND as they fell apart late in the 2nd half but Cuse shut them down well towards the end. I'll definitely take 2-1 every single night!

Gl tomorrow. . . you'll get it back
