Hawkeye,

I'm not a MVC handicapper.

I 'cap EVERYTHING, but....

I did look at this matchup....and thought about it for a long time.

I'm still thinking about it and my lean is to WICHITA STATE -10 (-10') because it's based on one of my more reliable trends.

I tell you the trend then tell you why I haven't pulled the trigger....yet.

I like teams who lose/no cover in the role of a Home Favorite then come back the next game and win outright in the role of a road dog.

WICHITA STATE meets this criteria.

The reason I haven't pulled the trigger is because WICH ST won/covered at SWMS as a "small" dog (+2') and only covered by a small margin.

Update ~

Final Score: Wichita State 63, Southwest Missouri State 61

Springfield, MO (Sports Network) - Kyle Wilson nailed a three-pointer with 12 seconds remaining to lift the Wichita State Shockers to a 63-61 decision over the Southwest Missouri State Bears in Missouri Valley Conference action.

Thoughts ~ This makes me like Wich State even more. Fighting to the very end, the Shockers proved to me they have "what it takes" to recover from a poor, last game performance (The key here is they lost/no cov their last game in the role of a "Home Favorite").

Conclusion ~ I like WICHITA STATE -10' over Bradley in tonights matchup. Strong Play for me.
