The Combination Of A Rapidly Developing Gale Center Passing Southeast Of Nantucket Early Monday And Ocean Effect Snow Will Bring Significant Accumulating Snowfall To Coastal Eastern Massachusetts Through Tonight.
In General... Four To 8 Inches Can Be Expected Between By Monday Morning With Outer Cape Ann And The South Shore The Most Likely Region To Receive 8 Inches Of Wind Blown Snow. Locally Higher Amounts Area Possible For Coastal Plymouth County.
Gusty Winds Will Cause Blowing And Drifting Of The Snow. There Should Be An Hour Or Two Of Heavy Snow And Winds Are Expected To Briefly Gust Between 30 And 40 Mph Tonight.
