Really think the weather will play the biggest role this weekend. Leaning toward steelers right now but scared of big ben if there is bad weather. Don't know why he is wearing a glove on his throwing hand in the cold. I've played in the cold before and the first thing that gets numb is my hands so why put gloves over them. Seems to me he is just making the situation worse and is unable to get any touch on his passes because of it. Every time he wears those damn things he plays bad so get rid of them Ben you don't need em.

I'll make you a side wager that Tom Brady also wears gloves....but then Brady has always worn gloves in cold weather and if winning two of the past three SB's is any indicator of the gloves effectiveness with regard to being able to better grip the ball, by all means WEAR THE GLOVES BEN!!

What I'm saying is Ben never wore them in college just started wearing them toward the end of the year and unlike Brady who is a pocket passer Ben likes to throw on the run which means you have to have a better feel for the ball.

why dont the QB just have a few of them outside handwarmers they sell at Lowes. Put in their front jersey pocket. Warm up hands in huddle and throw the damn ball big ben !

Actually I watched an interview with Roethlisberger on TV where he said he has worn gloves dating back to his high school days.

QB with large strong hands are probably not affected that much by gloves.

Going back to someone like Doug Flutie. I doubt he ever wore gloves in the NFL.

If gloves were the answer then I believe the centers in the game would be wearing gloves also but I can't remember seeing that. Guess were gonna find out expecting up to 6 inches of snow on Saturday in the Burgh.

gloves will not have anything to do with this out-come.Belichick is 8-1 in post season,13-0 -vs- all QB's the second time around. Not a NE fan, don't like pats fans ,but they have the best team.
