I am on New England and would have liked to have seen him get cleared because if he played he would be useless IMO and nothing better than a decoy

i agree Rex.. :mj14:

but it just seems the media is going to milk T.O's comeback up to the very last minute..and in T.O's mind he believes he will be out there on the field

perfect drama for the immense vacuum that precedes the Super Bowl. :sadwave:

This will continue to be the story of the week, this is just a recommendation of the doctor, he's not a member of the Eagle's staff so he has no authority to keep him from playing. I think the doctor is just covering his butt in the event TO gets hurt on the field. Andy Reid decides who will dress, but I'm sure he will take this into consideration.

meaningless. he doesnt have to be cleared. it is merely a mechanism for doctor to cover his ass if TO decides to play

no question there but like Rex said and I agree totally with: after watching his injury vs dallas I see no way he would be effective if he did play and would only be a decoy. That might help vs some NFC teams but won't vs the Pats. I am still holding out hope he announces he will play in the hopes the line would drop a bit. But regardless I am all over the Pats in this one.

Have to agree with you CrazyHorse, I was hoping the line would drop also, but taking the 7 also will have to be the way to go...
This dude had plates and screws placed in his leg, there is no way he should be out on the field this soon.
