GA TECH PART II

I posted on Thursday saying that my biggest play of the year was on GT +2 vs Wake. Although a very tough game they pulled it out in the end like I said would happen. I dont like betting on my team - (vs Wake was the first the time this year I have bet on GT) but if I can find very good value, I'm alll about it! You look at this game thinking Mary is coming off huge win @ Duke and Tech might be tired from there grueling game vs Wake and are also feeling the affects of not having ELder, but I dont think thats the case here. So far this year Tech on neutral/road sights is awful. Gonzaga L, Kansas L, UNC L, NC State, Ill Chic W by one. Hewitt and the team need and want this one very badly and I believe they put it together today vs a team in Maryland who people all of a sudden think is so good.

if people thought maryland was so good, they wouldnt have been a 12 point underdog to duke.

liked your play the other day against wake because it was a great situational spot for gatech. now i think youre betting with your heart because whether they win or lose, its a coinflip as to how a team that is already shorthanded responds to having a marathon game in the 100s with wake.

Yea - I understand what your saying - what I was saying about Maryland was now that they beat Duke and on the road I think people think that Mary is some special team - which I completely disagree with. This team played out of their minds that game and I think Tech can handle them tonight - even on the road.

How could you discount Maryland when G Tech is not full strength in a road matchup. How could you say people are overrating Maryland when they can look back just 7 days ago and see an embarrassing home loss to NC St.?
Maryland wins by 8-10 IMO..homecrowd will be into this one and Gary will have his players ready for the challenge
