pictures halfway down.

Hmm...lets see. If there was any question as to state's lack of class, there it is. And as if this team needed anything more to motivate them. Payback for the last couple years, when state infiltrated the dean dome. Don't think the players won't see these pictures before they play, and don't tell me it doesn't make them want to blow this open even more. Throw the rivalry out the door, thanks to those morons from state for awakening a sleeping giant...in our own house, nonetheless. I don't care who is sick, payback is a bitch and it's gonna come on national tv tonight.
Thanks for defacing our campus, woofies, shows your true character and the low-lifes you are.

"The University of North Carolina men's basketball team, winner of 17 of its last 18 games, will host Atlantic Coast Conference foe NC State on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Smith Center in Chapel Hill. The game will be televised nationally by ESPN.

Carolina is 17-2 overall and tied for the Atlantic Coast Conference lead with a 6-1 ACC mark. UNC is ranked No. 2 in both national polls this week, its highest ranking since being No. 1 in both polls for two weeks midway through the 2000-01 season.

The Tar Heels are coming off a four-game stretch that included three ACC road games. They went 3-1 in that four-game span but now face another tough stretch. After Thursday's game with NC State, Carolina will hit the road for three consecutive ACC games away from Chapel Hill. Those three straight road contests will come at Florida State (Sun. Feb. 6), at Duke (Wed. Feb. 9) and at Connecticut (Sun. Feb. 13).

The Tar Heels have won three games in a row -- at Clemson, at home vs. Miami and at Virginia -- after losing at Wake Forest on Jan. 15. Carolina had won 14 in a row prior to the loss on the road vs. the Demon Deacons. NC State is 13-7 and 3-4 in the ACC after last Saturday's win at Clemson. "

good luck saint.

I am going to just watch and enjoy the game tonight. I have not seen either team play yet. Just getting into basketball now. I love the ACC and SEC . Teams I concentrate on Duke, NC, Wake Forest, Ga Tech.

I will root for the blow out.

saint, do you really think the players give two sh*ts about some petty vandalism on campus? hell, it's probably already been removed.

Saint.

The Heels are the right play tonight bro. If Duke was the next game, I'd be concerned about "the look ahead," but they are still a week off. Look for a very motivated UNC bunch tonight. Should be about a 22-24 point win.

You'd be surprised how much the players read on msg boards loop...not necessarily that but the fact that it stands for everything state does, low class.

blowout win, going out to spend the spoils on drinks ;)

gotta agree with loophole here. none of those brothers give two shits about what fraternity nerds do to their campus.

regardless, carolina was the right side simply because they are much much better.

nice call. I was worried when UNC pulled all the starters with 2 minutes left up by 23.

I said to myself .....here is where the backdoor screwing comes in.

But it did not happen.

UNC is very good team.

congrats

There is no telling whether or not players look at message boards, read into on campus events, or whatever.....nobody knows for sure but the players themselves. So, its not fair to say either way. The game that scares me a little for the Heels is the one coming up @ FSU. FSU is sneaky good, and the "look ahead" will be in place. Be careful laying too many points in that one.

In the meantime though.....Saint, have a drink for me tonight! Our boys did well :)
