I had ball State as well and this was a crappy way to lose:
Ball State led Miami by four points Wednesday with 90 seconds to play, but Nathan Peavy?s last-second heroics dealt the Cardinals a 54-52 loss.
Tied at 52 with seven seconds to play, Dennis Trammell got a look at the basket from near the top of the key.
Trammell?s shot rattled out, and Miami?s Chet Mason came down with the rebound. Mason pushed the ball up the floor and fired a half court shot with three seconds left. The shot ricocheted off the backboard and into the hands off Peavy, who put it up and in as the buzzer sounded.
