stickin around tonight, so figured id throw up a 2nd half thread for this game.

halftime score:

hawaii 30
boise 31

hawaii held a 30-29 lead late in the 1st half. boise scored the final 11 points of the half to grab the lead. listened to the final few minutes and hawaii seemed lifeless (or at least sounded lifeless). sensely missed a front end of a 1/1 that could have stopped the boise run.

1st 20-30 3:19 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 20-29 3:56 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 14-22 7:23 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 13-15 9:12 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 7-9 13:03 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 4-7 15:39 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 2-0 18:47 REMAINING IN THE 1ST HALF
1st 0-0 Game just under way

halftime line (-8)
halftime total (74.5)

opinions?

Take the over my friends. . . already posted in another thread that the over in the second half has hit on a regular basis with this Hawaii team.

Already got Boise +13 average
2nd half over 74.5 average

When Hawaii has come out in the first half with a total below what you would expect, they come out roaring in the second half. . . that's been the trend

Kinda leaning towards the over myself here. Definitely sounds like a lack of defense from Hawaii leaving guys wide open for shots (according to the announcers). Both teams not shooting all that well right now. About 35-40% respectively. Looking for the pace to pickup and maybe see runs by both teams. FTs on the end?? Just my 2 cents.

agree Nickel, I am locked into Boise for the game. See no use in taking Hawaii for the middle try.

Boise found it way inside the rainbow. If they can stay hot on the perimeter as well you won't need the pts. 74.5 is a lure to go under. But under would be safer. Boise and under IMO.

74.5 is not a lure to go under. The first half total was 68 for this game. . . add 7 points as a normal 2nd half total would be and we have 75. So 74.5 is not a lure either way.

At least that's my opinion

The 1h pace was a little behind the mark but not necessarily adding the negative pts makes a true total for the second half. The 15pt run by boise actually makes this total 61 sharp as they made up also with 3ptrs. But the 2h is in high gear as I type. Looks like its going over... and I respect your opinion.
