Company Signs Representation Agreement with Established Gaming Consultant
BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2005--Diamond I, Inc. (formerly AirRover Wi-Fi Corp.) (OTCBB
MOI - News), a Wi-Fi-based communications solutions company, today announced its intention to seek a gaming license in the Republic of the Philippines, relating to its WifiCasino GS(TM) wireless hand-held gaming system. To facilitate its obtaining a gaming license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR), the Philippines' gaming regulatory body, Diamond I has secured the services of YCOM, a privately-held, Philippines-based sales and marketing firm with experience in the procurement of gaming licenses in the Philippines.
"Since our acquisition of Diamond I Technologies, we have been aggressively pursuing venues for our novel WifiCasino GS gaming systems," said David Loflin, Diamond I's president. "Our move towards obtaining a gaming license in the Philippines is just the first of what we expect to be many similar moves in the future," added Mr. Loflin. Mr. Loflin also noted that Diamond I has begun the process towards its obtaining a gaming license in certain states.
