PETA doubles reward in Rochester cat mutilation case

ROCHESTER, Minn. (AP) - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is doubling its reward to $2,000 in hopes of finding whoever mutilated at least four cats by cutting off their ears.

At least four cats have been found with the tops of their ears missing at two Rochester-area mobile parks in recent months. Two of the cats have been taken to the Paws and Claws Humane Society in the past month. The animals are in good health and can still hear.


anyone else see any flaws in this?? hint: i have a cat that is missing the top of one ear, and looks like another one will be going sortly. (poor kitty)

Hitman, if you mean post #1 .... PETA needs to take classes on freaken FROSTBITE!!!!!!! i highly doubt anyone is cutting off the top of these cats ears. it's MINNESOTA for crying out loud, they are apparently cats that live outdoors if they were *found* at a trailer park..... we only had a couple weeks straight in January where the temp never got above zero.

if you mean post #2 ... it refers to the expression *look what the cats drug in* (review the list of todays posters)
