Maybe just one play but gotta like this one:

Arizona State +14 over Washington

Huskies whether they admit it or not are clearly looking ahead to the Arizona showdown on Saturday. Even if Washington jumps out to a big lead in the first half, I think the Huskies will pull their starters early for Saturday. Perfect chance for Arizona State to keep this one close and I would even consider the ML for this one :scared

Don't see any value on Washington State/Arizona. . . Cats are NOT looking ahead to the Huskies because of what the Cougars were able to pull off down in Tucson. Line seems a little low but I think its due to the low total.

problem with az st. all year has been turnovers! wish they played with more discipline. have played them 1h with some success but they always wilt on me vs. equal or better teams. would play them 1h tomorrow but not for game. think huskies will run them off the court 2h.

johnny,

I think just the opposite for this one. . . if ASU covers, it should come in the second half. . . I could see Washington playing hard for 20+ minutes then sitting back and waiting for the game on Saturday. To think that Washington will run them off the court with their real big game on Saturday is a stretch for me

Not disagreeing with your plays at all, but to me it is ridiculous to say Arizona wont be looking ahead because they already beat Washington. A big game is a big game, and it will be big for both of them. I am pretty sure Duke will still be peeking ahead to Carolina even thought they already beat them this year.

Rob Evans could be the worst coach in 1-A, and I'm not kidding. I played against them all year and turned a little profit. My biggest play was Stanford getting 3 (that I posted on MadJacks) when ASU played the game of the year for them and ended up winning by 6 of something...there true form showed the next 3 games when they went 0-3. :cursin:

Oh well...14 points is a lot to a team that has the best player in the PAC 10 and some outside shooting. They need this game (and Evans needs this for his job, IMO) so they are going to come out firing...we shall see but 14 is an awful lot of points.

Sun,

If Arizona had taken care of Washington State at home then yes, I believe they could be caught tonight looking ahead. But not this time. Not when Washington State ended a 39 game winning streak that Arizona had against the Cougars. Not when Arizona lost for the first time at home all season long.

Not a chance. . . sure the Washington game is bigger on paper but this is to avenge an earlier loss against a team that isn't on the Cats' level. . .

At least that's what the press conference was all about. . . Washington State and the fact that Rodgers should be key tonight. . . should be interesting to see if he is

Played UofA -7.5 and OSU -2.5

Like you guys said, assuming we beat Wazzu in Tucson this line would be more in the UofA -13 range. Plus you would think UofA would be looking ahead to Udub. Not tonight though, UofA should have an easy DD win.

The only game OSU has not won or covered at home all year long was vs UofA. Stanford has surprisingly looked decent w/o Grunfeld, however think the Beavs will have enough tonite to stop them.
