Well; 8-8 last 16 / 2-0 last key plays...Murray is the defending OVC champ , trying to hold on to the forth spot to lock up a first round home game. 9-5 con / 4-7 on the road (SU) & SEM 8-6 con / 9-3 @ home (SU). Murray has ruled this series,7 of the last 10 but this is a retooled team with a very good 2nd year coach.Just like what I saw -vs- Rice sat. In the first game SEM won @ Murray 61 - 58. Real close look at these two today and Murry is playing the better ball right now with the deeper bench of late. Murray played without their center the first game,and two other key pieces had off nights. From where I spy,this thing is coming together, look for Murray to get out fast and never look back.

I'm not too well on tournament qualification. Is a team must be winning in its own conference in order be eligible? thk.

It depends,in some if you win the regular season you are in ,if you win the reg season and another wins the tournament they are in, in some the reg season and the con tournament winner are in.Maybe someone will post it for each conference.
