Try CLR.

If that doesn't work
Try Chlorox and Ammonia 1 part each

That one sent a friend of mine to the hospital.
Someone from work told him that, so he goes home and does it except he figures if a little will be good, his toilet was extra dirty so he was going to go big.

Ended up ambulance had to come.

To be on the safe side, go to grocery store & just buy some Sno-bowl. Leave it in there for awhile.... I have some rental apts. and have found that it works great on old water stains & is safe.

The two best i have ever found are *Lime Away*, (the cheap kind works better than the expensive kind) and *The Works* is what i switched to, it seems to work even faster and better than the Lime Away did.. both are dirt cheap :) We have VERY hard well water, and this stuff really cleans well (without really even scrubbing much) just squirt it on under the rim, let it sit in the water for a half hour or so, and a normal toilet brush should clean it right up)

eat lots of prunes and raisins with x-lax for dessert

your excrement will slide down the chute much easier

less places for water to get trapped and stain things

Somehow I knew this thread would end up in the shitter :flush: :moon:

Actually, take the CLR, or what ever you chose, and pour it down the "fill tube" inside the toilet, after a flush and right before it fills up. Let sit for about a half an hour. Then reflush a few times. That baby will flush a softball size crap through a garden hose after that! :scared

On the course!
Try cleaning it a couple times a week.

Or, try this;

"How to Clean Your Toilet and Cat........"

1. Add the required amount of shampoo to the toilet water, and put both lids up.

2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

3. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. (You may need to stand on the lid.) The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. (Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.)

4. Flush the toilet three or four times. (This provides a " power-wash" and "rinse".)

5. Have someone open the door to the outside (Be sure that there are no people between the toilet and the outside door.)

6. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

7. The now clean cat will rocket out of the toilet, and run outside where he will dry himself off. The toilet will be sparkling clean!
