Powerpoint is a microsoft product common on most computers. It is in the office suites (along with word, access, frontpage, and excel) and is used for presentations. If you go to your local libary they will prob. have it on thier computers.

Without Powerpoint you are not able to view a file ending in .pps

save the powerpoint file to your desktop or just to the c drive. Then look in your start menu for powerpoint viewer. It might be in a folder called Microsoft Office or something microsoft.

The actual location should be:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\PowerPoint Viewer\PPTVIEW.EXE

you could copy the above and go to your start menu and then go to run and paste the above.

Then open the program and open the powerpoint file, or you shoudl be able to doubleclick on the powerpoint file on your desktop
