when you consider betting "TEAM OFF A LOSS VS A TEAM OFF A WIN" in preaseason, do you count wins/losses in split-squad games?

I assumed not, and sport.yahoo standings reflect this. But KCWolf's thread shows that official mlb standings do count ss. You count them too?
