Im in Sales too and it sucks eating the same crap over and over. I eat fast food here and there, but if your looking for some healthy food, sometimes grocery stores have like a make your own salad or they make different deli sandwiches. Quizno's is a preety good place to eat subs as well.

Same here gents.... Working a sales job here in Dallas..

I am so sick of Subway!!!!

Quiznos is good.. they have a huge variety, also have some good soups to choose from..

Schlotzskys is also good...

Chilies is also good if you have a full hour to eat.. good salads and a good lunch menu.. they are usually fast..

let me know if you find anything else..

This forum is filled with sales people. I'm also in sales, and likewise on the run. Arby's is where I stuff my gullet - the wraps are solid!

When I travel, I hit up Steak & Shake for their chicken and Waffle House for Chicken and Eggs when available. If you want to be bad about carbs but make it as healthy as possible you can get your hashbrowns steamed where they don't use any butter but mostly I skip the whole hashbrown thing.

Taco Bell is probably my favorite just on taste.

Penn Station is good, but they are proud of their sandwiches!

Chic-fil-a is a very good option, but you can't find them often unless you're in Atlanta.

General Tso's chicken and white rice at a chinese joint is my preference. Heck, sometimes when I bring my own lunch from home I still toss it in the trash and go get the general's chicken

you said nothing about healthy, so the answer is easy. 6 regular tacos at Jack in the Box = 3.16. Two packets of hot sauce per taco required.

Wow, what a great thread.

OK , I would like to focus the question as "If an expense is not in question...".

We have all been there, short on cash, in a hurry, ....yadda yadda yadda....The fast food meal that is quality (at least in the south) is a meat and three.

These Mom and Pop(often owned by a mom and pop) joints often offer a cheap and fast home-cooked meal that is great for any sales person. Just Pick a meat and three (veggies that is..lol) and your eating in 10 min, , out in 30 and you get to sit and read the paper or enjoy the silence for a half hour.

My favorite in Birmingham: "Niki's" off Finley Blvd, only slightly over "The Dawg House" in Centerpoint

My favorite in Nashville: : "The Pie Wagon" off Music Row

I don't know how to spell it. But you'll thank me later.

Find a place that makes a good (phonetically) heeborito. Puerto Rican sandwich.

Totally awesome :)
