Listening to the local radio call..

Nev trying to talk smack from the coaching staff (just got a T as I type) on thru all the players.

This season, when teams try to f*ck with the Illini, they get dusted bad.

Their head coach has talked about this earlier in the year.

The players won't need any motivation from the coaching staff in this one. They will play hard and bring it till the end.

Nevada may have woke up a sleeping giant.

Whatever - The coach is trying to get a fair call for all of the contact taking place under the rim. If this is needed for the Illini to get motivated - forget about a national championship.

I see Nevada having problems in the second half if they cant get the Illini defense to extend out to the three point area. Illini is crashing 4 to the boards the whole time.

BTW

Illini guards haven't done much offensively to this point.

Totally killing Nevada inside (their strength).

No $$ for me. I have enough on the game. Just bringing something up.

Their killing Nevada inside because Nevada doesnt have any three point shooters to exted Illinois defense. Weber has done a good job coaching in the first half. If Nevada doesnt start hitting three pointers - The Illini will cover.

Can't carry on a discussion with someone who is going to go back and edit their original post in the thread.

You can call the Illini over rated if you wish.

One starter in foul trouble the whole game. More importantly, one of their main weapons with the flu and cramping up. Oversized by their larger more aggressive opponent, and they still win and cover.

All I was trying to do was post a bit of info from a local angle that many not privy to may appreciate knowing. I hear anywhere from 1 to 4 Weber interviews each week, from one of our many local sports shows.

A little tip for YOU youngsters....

You will be able to hold on to your money a bit longer if you keep your prejudices and personal feelings OUT of your wagering practices.

Unlike you dopes, I am without ego (I try) when it comes to posting to help others here on the forum.

Learn a thing or two and keep your hands off the keyboard.

And stay out of my threads.
