We all had 4 days to go over every aspect of all these games. Nothing more can be said that hasn't been said already. I'm on the opposite side of a few good cappers here, but have to go with what I think is the right sides.
Rarely play parlays, but if this one misses then I deserve to lose. Big risk, average reward, but I just do not see it missing:
3091/1000 illinois/n. carolina parlay
illinois -9.5 (played sunday still like 10.5)(decent size) I'll say UWM has my respect. The horizon is an often overlooked league. They deserve to be in this game against illinois. the bruce pearl hatred by illinois doesn't have much to do with this game as most of these players were 5 or 6 when it occured. the faculty hasn't forgotten though. But I also said just because a team wants to beat another badly doesn't mean they can. I think the game might stay early close, but illinois wins going away. I know I'm definitely against a lot of other good cappers here, but for me, I just see illinois in a rout. time will tell.
arizona +118 (average play) In a game I should probably lay off, I'll take the team with a solid big man and speed. It's been said that OK st. struggled with the speed of SIU in the first half of last game. The problem is that SIU had nobody to exploit or defend the middle. Frye can do that. Both teams solid, I'm just not as impressed with Oklahoma St. as I was with their team last year. I know the framework is still there, and no I haven't seen as many games as you big 12 guys have, I just think Arizona can win this game if they play up-tempo which I'm hoping they can dictate.
Louisville -2 (average play) Another two evenly matched up teams. Robinson is a stud, so is Garcia. I'll bite with the better coach IMO. No offense to Romar. Pitino is a big time coach and this is a big time game. He's been here before and I'll take the experience. Obviously game can go either way, but I'll take the coach with experience.
pass on the texas tech game and just hope to see Knight throwing a chair or something.
