to win my original 2 units back..........or should I just let it ride now.........

Usually I always would play it out but after watching the difference between a win and a loss between these teams I feel pretty fortunate to make it this far........I mean with a different bounce of the ball we could be watching a WVU vs Arizona semi and a Villanova vs. Kentucky semi......

I dont think they win. Arent playing that great, and until Roy wins one I wont ever believe he will. That said they have the most talent and on paper should win. Tough call.

heres what i did in my situation ... i have Ill 14/1 and NC 10/1 so i took ML parlay with LOU and Mich st pays 5.6 to 1 (to get back about 1/2 of what id win) ... should I lose both, great ... should i split i will hedge again on monday ... Im going to enjoy the games and win money ...

I would do what you feel comfortable doing, IF winning all the money befits your style, then go for it; if you cant enjoy watching the games w/o dying on every pass, then hedge ...

I always say take what you have in hand ... yes it seems i lose about 80% of time hedging but sometimes its been very good to me .. such as Canes/Oh St nc game, i got 1/2 my money back after very shaky PI call at end that should given it to canes ...

Honestly, as much as I would like Michigan State to win, I just can't see it happening over North Carolina. That being said, I don't think North Carolina would beat either Louisville or Illinois.

Here's what I would do:

Stay away from the game against Michigan State. Take a reasonable chance for that one. Then I would do a full hedge against either Louisville or Illinois. . . hopefully Louisville will win for you because you would then receive greater value on their ML over Illinois.

As for you ptgard, I wouldn't waste your money with that ML parlay on Louisville or Michigan State! I would hold off knowing that it is extremely unlikely that both Illinois and North Carolina both lose. Then I would consider a small hedge on Monday night if one of the big dogs gets knocked out on Saturday. If North Carolina or Illinois wins and the other loses, then they will still be the favorite over Michigan State or Louisville and you'll get a nice ML value.

I have THOUSANDS riding on UNC and Illinois to win it all. I am not hedging one penny of it. I think UNC and Illinois will dominate their opponent in final four. Especially with all the close/great games in the elite 8. It will be BLOWOUTS in both games in the final four leading up to NC game. UNC vs Illinois is the matchup most of the country has been hoping for. It will get HUGE HUGE ratings.

Keep your UNC bet and maybe hedge in the finals when UNC plays Illinois.

If that scenario doesn't play out like I expect/hope, then I see UL vs UNC in NC game. You easily could hedge with UL +pts or ML if you choose too.

like i said to each his own, but with all the close games anyone saying he knows what's going to happen or TV is influencing etc--well, then they should own the world ;)

I def. admiot im a fan first and will not ruin the games worrying about whether i win X amount or XX amount ... I actually think Louisville has great shot to win SU and NC hasnt shown me that much vs last 2 teams that arent nearly as good as mich st
