Well I see Joey Odessa has this one up; Hoppy-200, +170 or so back. Will Bernard get old overnite, or will the crafty vet outsmart the young lion? Also, speaking of Corrales-Castillo, this will be a good one. If nothing else, Chico will give his all. Castillo has his work cut out. He (Castillo) says Chico can't take a shot. He is available to get hit we know, but has improved as a boxer. I like Chico still.

I just played the under 9.5 +110 at 5dimes ;)

Somebody's going down early, I'm not sure who but Castillo will not run like Freitas did. He will stand his ground and try to take Corrales' shots when he can't avoid or block them. Both guys will land big shots early imo. Castillo has the better chin but Corrales has more power.

I think Corrales is pound for pound the hardest puncher in boxing. The guy is an absolute power punching freak with that long slender frame and he's becoming a better boxer giving himself more opportunities to land his bombs. I get the same feeling from Corrales as I did from prime Tyson when watching their fights. Chico stalks his opponents and you just get the feeling eventually he's going to land something clean and its over.

No matter how good Castillo's chin is, he won't be able to take too many big shots from Corrales. But he won't run and he can punch a little himself. Corrales still has a questionalble chin in my book, he was dropped many times by Floyd and a few more times by Casamayor, Castillo hits harder than Casa for sure. I don't think Freitas was commiting to all his punches as he lunged in and pulled back out against Chico.

Like I said, since Castillo won't run somebody's gotta go...and early imo. The under 9.5 +110 is a very generous line. You can get under 8.5 +138 at pinny but I'll take the extra round just in case.

I like your analysis boxlocks. Castillo never has backed up as long as I can remember and I seriously doubt he will against Chico..I think Chico has improved A LOT with Goosen as his trainer...He is working hard for this fight and probably is ready to go at it today if he could...Castillo is no push over and it will take a well planned and executed attack to defeat him in which I'm confident that can be done by Chico & Goosen.

One more quick note, I don't think Chico's chin is as suspect as people say...He has thin calves and very thin waist, so if you pop him on his chin the same way he is leaning at that moment, it is likely that you could knock him down with a hard punch as did Casamayor in the rematch...But Chico was able to get up right away as the knockdown didn't phase him at all...He was just hit in the face while leaning back...So I think it is possible to knock him down, but I think it will be very difficult to hurt Chico.
