Sunday was not kind to me going 1-4, although my 1 win was a 5unit play.

In the early game I like San Diego. Peavy is a stud sporting the best ERA in the NL last yr. against Prior who's coming off the DL. The Cubs have given up way to many walks so far this yr and haven't been coming thru with RISP and 2 outs, batting just .184 so far. Not a good time to be facing a pitcher like Peavy if you ask me. The Cubs are also having problems scoring runs in the last 3 innings, scoring just 8 runs in 7 games. If the wind is blowing in tomorrow, like I think it will be then it'll be a 3-1 or 2-0 type game. Timmy Timmons will be behind the plate and is 2-0 with Peavy with both games going over the total. He's definately an over ump with these 2 teams, but if the wind is blowing in and you've got Peavy and Prior on the mound it just seems like an under day. Timmons is also a Road umpire going 7-3 last 10.
Taking Peavy at -108 for 3units for a surebet and going to wait till game time for an under play.
My other game is a total, which I like alot. This is a play mostly against the Colorado pitching staff. Chacon takes the hill sporting a 8.71 ERA at Bank One and with the G-Force pounding the ball as they are, look for a few to leave the park. Webb has had success against COL, but Helton owns him batting over .600 with a few dingers. If it's a low scoring game in the early innings don't worry too much because COL has a 13 plus ERA past the 6th innning. Arizona leads the league in the early going with 13 homers, batting a sizzling .297 with a slugging pct. of .521. Colorado's pitching staff is the only staff in MLB with more walks than strikeouts.
My surebet is over 10 at -110 for 5 units
