Question about Carl Pavano? Probably for IE

Serious question. Anyone have any idea of how pitchers that take one off the melon have done in the past in their first start back? Can't imagine it'd be that good. I see Pavano will be starting @Baltimore on Friday.

starters I can think of are Mussina, Jon Lieber, Ishii, Leiter


relievers I can think of, Florie, Wagner.
