2 games on the slate.looking at the early game,celtics-pacers.game 1 went to the celtics saturday night.the pacers got there heads handed to them 102-82,celtics were up by as many as 30.the line was -3.5 of course the celtics covered and it went under the total of 187.vegas comes back in game 2 with the same line celtics -3.5.personally i thought the line would be around 5.5 with such a blow out in game 1.it being only 3.5 surprises me.on the offensive side in game 1 the celtics shot 51.4%,6 players in double figures,the 2 big guns pierce and walker were a combined 8-27 from the field scoring 25 points.the role players were big raef lafrentz 8-9 25 points,i guarantee he wont duplicate that tonight 
as for the pacers ,they were poor on both sides of the ball.offense was dreadful they shot 39% the only player that showed up was stephen jackson 25 points.the defense sucked also, they have the 5th ranked defense in the league allowing 92.4 ppg they will need to tighten that up.offensively reggie miller 1-7 from the field in game 1 and only 7 points needs to work off some screens tonight and show that he is 1 of the best playoff players in the game.and of course the big key tonight is the best player on the floor jermaine oneal,game 1 was a game to forget 3-12 and also only 7 points.this guy will need to hit his average of 24.3 ppg to have any chance and think he comes up real big tonight.rick carlisle should make the proper adjustments to keep this game close.the pacers have shown over the last 2 seasons including the playoffs last year that they can win on bostons home court taking 4 of 6.
