CLEM D -

I would be very careful with this game. Atlanta presently only has about 57% of the public vote and the line has droped from -120 to -117.

Also, Heilman is a different pitcher at shea stadium. He shut out Josh Beckett and the Marlins on the 15th 4-0 on a one (1) hitter! Last year the only game played at shea, he beat the Braves 9-7 on only 4 earned runs. The Braves on the road this year are hitting .214 & slugging .325 Just my 2 cents, but good luck to you either way.

Not to be a dick, but i see stuff like this all the time.

A) there is no public in baseball. 99% of the people if not MORE on this board are the public.

B) a 3 cent line drop presumably at pinnacle means diddly squat. Pinnacle gets its ass scalped all the time.

Sorry to hijack your thread clem. I like the braves tonight also.

Master. good points in your other paragraph. just disagree and wasn't trying to be a jerk.

I'm on the other side. Game has trap written all over it for me. This line should be a lot higher. Atl coming off a three game sweep of a weak Philly team. Mets very good against teams with a winning record.

Heilman, who goes for the Mets tonight, went the fuill distance in his last outing at Shea, one hitting the Marlins in his best performance so far as a Met in his career. He goes against Horaico Ramirez, whom he opposed two weeks ago in Atlanta, and lost to 6-3.

However, Ramirez got yanked in the fifth, not getting the W. The Mets had a hiccup yesterday in their 11-4 loss to Washington, but they are still 7-2 at home this year.

Mets win tonight.
