Having as one of their headline stories that they keep mentioning every 15 minutes.

A message from Al-Zaquwi (spelling)

"Al-Qaeda would attack the White House and/or the Vatican if the leader ordered them to."

Ummmm, no shit. Why is this even worthy of mention, let alone a top story?

I took a wild guess at which network you are referring and it only took 90 seconds to get to the story. I like the way I always have to lower the volume everytime I hit that network. Why are they so loud?

Ummm, yeah - I don't get it. Sorta thought that was the whole plan all along. If I'm being redundant, please allow me to repeat myself.

So much for the effectiveness of flower garden walks holding hands with Saudi royalty.

Yeah, that was sweet. Just saw on the news that the same day Bush and the Prince were getting to first base, the Saudis raided a 'secret' church in Saudi Arabia and arrested 47 Christians for being Christians.

i heard that bush & the prince went to san francisco to get a license.....i'll let you guess what type of license.....

i stopped watching the news awhile ago.....got tired of hearing every 5 minutes about terri schiavo, michael jackson, martha stewart, etc........

smurphy,

i think kosar was referring to msnbc because their new advertising slogan is that they will report the news every 5 minutes.

My pet peave also AR---gave up watching news on Pope ordeal for entire week.

I believe Matt might be on to something with GW and the Prince.
I did double take when I saw them walking hand and hand :)
Maybe its not Desperate Housewives Laura should be watching. ;)

Haven't seen anything funnier than the hand and hand thing since Kim J shook his dick at Madeline Notsobright when she turned her back on him in North Korea.:)

And some folks got upset with Clinton's BJ. By the way did you see the Saudis showed up with over 500 folks. Seems they even had one of the terrorist we have on our hit list with them.
Diplomatic immunity must have been applied.

Please boys. The Prince was just helping George "decide" if he is gay or not. A lot rides on the decision. :)

Anyone else finding this Oil for Food Scandal developement interesting? If you read NYT-LAT Chicago Tribune AP ect or watch CNN you probably don't know there is such a thing--Did search on top stories on them and zilch.
Thought there job was reporting news???
----and why isn't 60 minutes reporting on such a important matter? What is it these liberal media don't want you to know?

Here is link as there are many links to actual reports and letters inside that won't cut and paste.

---Also those that don't view Fox might find data in link box interesting and see how this has been developing for months.

So you're not saying that the story wasn't covered, just that it didn't get the priority that it deserved.

I've stopped following this ordeal. What I can't figure out is what's the difference between the billions that are unaccounted for before the Coalition Provisional Authority took over and the billions that are unaccounted for after the CPA took over.

This is no red herring. I'm not baiting you. What's the difference?

The difference--I thought that would be obvious----
One ultimately lead to the start of a war by continuing to let Saddam slide and not enforcing resolutions because too much money being made---and believe it our not there were some political parties or figures that thought the answers to the war were thru relations with the U.N. and France and we needed their blessing before doing anything. Fortunately most of the country saw thru that ruse.

Didn't Cheney and Haliburton do business with Iraq in spite of the sanctions? Oh yes, that was thru a foreign subsidy and Cheney knew nothing about it I am sure. Doh!

Those stations like Fox. Is it the second military network. Maybe not. I watch a show at noon today called something with Linda.
Didn't catch the last name. But for 1 hour she never said anything good about anything. First it was about Iraq and all the dead of the day. Then a story about a car chase where the police shot over 60 rounds at some guy when they got him stopped. Are you kidding 60 rounds and he never returned any fire. Did he have a gun she didn't know. Well maybe you should before shooting your mouth off. Then it was two young 8 year olds missing. Then it was a follow up on the screwed up run away bride. Then about Bush in Moscow and how the press and T V were being controll by the governmnet and Fox had no say in what they were showing. Not one story about hope. Or some good deed being done. Just all chit stories. Is there nothing going on in America thats good and worth reporting.

Linda Vester DJV haven't seen it lately but used to have interviews with soilders over tere every day as well as emails. Found it interesting.Saw last night that NYT admitted yesterday in their paper of being biased and would attempt in future to be more fair and balanced. Can anyone repost article--I'm not doing the sign up thing to view it.
