anyone use this file sharing program? heard it kicks butt, but more complicated to use. if you use it, would appreciate some help.

i've used bittorent for over a year now. Works really good for tv shows. Got all the deadwood episodes i missed off of it for one.
Downloading bittorent is simple. Finding the episodes and shows you want is a little more tricky.
Google will become your best friend. Sites go up and down on a daily basis as the legal system tries to shut them down.
Download bittorent, do a google search, won't be hard to find.
Then google for bittorent sites, or the program you want and include bittorent in the search. Make sure you use norton or some internet security or antivirus, use adaware and spybot after each download just to be sure.
Its harder to use than kazaa or winmx or the like, but most everything is out there if you search right. Make sure you download all the codecs and such if you use windows media player to view, becuase a lot of times you need them to play what you download.

thanks for the help. i think i got it started correctly. should i change my upload settings, would that make my downloads go quicker?
i noticed that health level under summary went to 0% then my download rate went to almost zero. how do i increase the health levels?
