he's getting his players into the system....think they may have a chance to be above .500 this year but utah/purdue/sc all are in first 5 games so wins may have to come on the back end of the schedule.....QB is the ? mark....only 1 scholi QB there now and he missed spring with back surgery so walk on got all the reps....apparently he looked good but nobody else on the roster...incoming frosh sounds good, but winning with an average team and a frosh qb is a bad combo....defense will be loaded.

see a potential BIG season in 06

then again. i always look fwd to oct 15 and hoops season anyway!

I know exactly how you feel, man. I go through streaks where it seems like I can't lose. So, after making a little money, I start to put more on some games. All of a sudden, no matter what I do, I can't pick a winner to save my life.
I'll try to get out of a losing streak by putting a lot on a heavy favorite money line, and the heavy favorite will get run out of their own gym. It just amazes me some of the things that happen in a losing streak.
2 teams that kill me the most are the Patriots and Spurs. They burn me almost every single time. Doesn't matter if I bet on them or against them, I will lose the bet.
But I try to look at it like the old coin toss scenario. If I toss a coin 10 times and call it wrong every time, thats kind of weird.
But, if I toss a coin 1,000 and hit a losing streak of 10, its not really that hard to believe. Kind of why you can't win at roulette just choosing red every time and doubling your bets after losses.
It works in short term for minimal gains, but in long run, you will lose your ass.

I know, I know. I have just put my money on Suns...so Spurs should be a lock. I do smell a trap, but Nash and Stoudimare at home. Also Game 1 is almost always more important to home team.
The only reason I see to take Spurs is b/c of possible trap. But I guess sometimes that is enough.
