Can Anyone Figure Out How This Is Done?

she's double jointed,The shoulders look to broad,I assume the hands and feet are false also,Some sort of contraption would be my guess.
Real feet.
1. she walks out and seems to join a fake right hand with her real left hand (notice the left thumb moves while the right is a bit discolored).
2. you can see a shifting of her robe where her real right hand (now inside the robe) is grabbing hold of an apparatus inside the outfit that keeps the shoulders stable
3. she then simply ducks as low as possibe into her joined left hand (notice her legs spread) whlie extending her right hand up to keep the shoulders stable. The shoulders start to sway to demonstrate the lack of true support
4. when the shoulders start to sway, she simply falls to her knees, then the ground.
5. after a chuckle, she raises her right hand and returns to her knees, ND REINSERTS HER HEAD
